Qualification examination

Submit the franchise requirements and fill in the franchise application form. Interested franchisees visit EDO headquarters. If the conditions are met, both parties sign a letter of intent. EDO China headquarters sent relevant personnel to conduct field investigation on the applicant's area.

Field business district survey

Conduct field investigation on the business district of the application area and provide project evaluation report for reference. Both sides discuss and implement the display shop.

Sign a formal contract

Sign exclusive distribution agreement with franchisee, and distributor shall pay all fees according to the agreement. Negotiate the opening matters and make the opening schedule.

Store decoration and preparation

The headquarters provides store design scheme, sample proposal scheme, detailed pavement drawings and construction personnel guidance and other support. At the same time of decorating the store, the dealers set up a team, and the headquarters arranged management personnel for staff training. Headquarters to assist dealers to develop business promotion program.

Decoration acceptance and license handling

The headquarters shall check and accept the decoration works according to the drawings. During the decoration period, business license and other business related procedures will be handled.

Personnel training

The headquarters conducts training for senior executives of dealers. Dealer team to the headquarters internship training.

Store opening preparation

Team in place, office supplies and sales props ready. Store infrastructure is complete.

Opening operation

The Distributor shall submit the business license and relevant approval documents required for the opening of the business to the headquarters. The head office shall hand over relevant materials and guide and manage the dealers. Opening ceremony.
